SPONGE Cake Mix “READY MIX” (add Eggs Only)

We have fine-tuned the mix in such a manner that you simply can’t go wrong while using it. It is wonderfully easy to prepare, just whisk all the ingredients in a bowl, scale it into the cake mold, bake it for 25 minutes and your sponge cake is ready! You can further fancy it up with jam or raspberry filling

Instructions:  Sponge cake mix gives you soft and spongy cake with optimum texture and excellent taste.
Blend the pre mix with water for 20 seconds at slow speed and for 5 minutes at high speed. Then add 50 ml oil to this mix and blend for 2 minute at slow speed. Pre-heat the oven.
Pour into greased baking tray and bake at 185 degree Celsius for 30 minutes in deck oven.
